I wouldn't do it if I where you, I'm the same age but 3 inches shorter and it doesn't bother me, I think you just have tall friends and its making you subconsciously raise your standards, plus based of your parents height alone your expected to be at least 182cm which you can surpass depending on your environmental factors

Your height is normal for your age, i dont recommend use HGH but if you want to be taller, you can take HGH in moderation, but I don't recommend using it for too long, because it causes growth in EVERYTHING in your body—including tumors.
