Serious where to buy suits that fits tall wide built frames

I got a couple made to measure suits but they still don't fit me too well, too tight in shoulders and armholes/sleeves, too loose around waist and trousers are too short.

For reference I'm 6'5.5 240lb lean with a huge athletic frame and long limbs, think classic WASP rugby/rowing physique.

manlet ethnic mediterranean brands like zegna dont fit me, theyre made for lanklet tiny ant italians and spainards and greeks.

even UK stylists nowadays makes suits for fat old men (rich demographic) and not 6'6 240lb super slayers like me.

yeah i have this problem too with underwear.
Does anyone know any that can handle my 13 incher?

You need to buy custom made suits for your WASP body I'm sure you have enough money for that though
