Tan is not healthy, in reality when your skin is damaged by the Sun it produces melanin to defend it from cancer. Basically tan=damaged and unhealthy.

Just read it, you'll learn some stuff.. Sun is good for you. Being pale is a poor health indicator. I didn't say go and get sun burnt. Obviously use sunscreen every day but tan is a health indicator.

It's not unhealthy. If ur inherently tan and born that way it's not being unhealthy it's just u have more built in sun protection. I didn't say lay in the sun for hours on ends and get ur skin looking like a leather hand bag but being in the sun for short period slime 15 20 mins a day is good for your health to absorb vitamin d. Most people with weak health indicators are often more pale. And yeah just ignore the fact that ppl spend billions to look tan in the west because it's objectively more appealing and bounces light more giving unnatural contours etc. Idk why I'm trying to talk rationally with a guy called ogrecel lmfao
