Tbh all except Lidia have careers, but Debora is focused on her career a lot.
We can imagine Jova maybe being a remote worker having multiple remote jobs, but is super chill about it and doesn’t get hung up (and outsources her work to pajeets)

Jova is ideal then because she makes money but doesn’t slave away by going to work everyday

It is said that despite having a 9-5 (or multiple in her case), she really only spends 2 hours working each day through her use of outsourcing and AI bots.
