White knight coworker attempted to humiliate me

While I was on my shift, I was discussing raw meat with a female coworker. She was absolutely moritifed (even though this raw meat stuff is literally well known in 2026) and was saying I can't be trusted working with food. I'm actually very diligent with the food "safety" standards despite not doing them for myself at home. She starts getting louder and louder (I insulted her acaì bowl or whatever). Then this cuck comes over and starts getting in my face, taking the piece of raw shitty quality burger meat and telling me to eat it.
At this point I close up socially and ask my manager for a bathroom break.
If I was lower inhib I should've just taken a bite right there.
