I think women have inflated standards and 99% of them are delusional. Im not even joking in any capacity. Sure, a lot of women irl are the hotter one in their relationship but they have orbiters and there’s a reason why women struggle to get over a dude theyve met twice who they cannot pull long term vs their year(s) long ltr, because they want to be punching. Men do not experience this.

Also women will cry about “skinny” being unrealistic and unattainable meanwhile men have physique inflation so if youre not permanently changing your body on roids and risking heart issues u will keep being seen as skinny by some even if ur physique is top 5%. You're right to an extend. In dating women demands more because their mating strategy is here to continue the human race, it's biological, it's instincts.
So they want to breed with the highest quality males with the strong genes so their babies can survive : Tall, strong, lean, no diseases etc. That pretty much explain why 80% of women on dating apps only pursue the top 10%.
But at the same time they want extra efforts of commitment for the relationship and as a father : buying a house, marriage, being here for the babies and take care of the babies, having enough money to survive etc
