what do you think sharia law is?

From what I’ve heard it’s just sort of like a guide on how a proper Muslim should live, although some countries make it canon law and different countries interpret it in different ways.

My main issue with it is with the countries that abuse the system and fuck with women’s rights when it comes to divorce, inheritance, court testimonies being in the man’s favour, the dress codes. Coming from someone who’s not a Muslim it seems quite unfair
