never tried any adhd meds but I personally found l tyrosine and alpha gpc and caffeine great for memory focus and motivation

obv caffeine doesnt do a molecule, all its good for is a energy boost, when combined with l tyrosine which is good for increasing dopamine so motivation and alpha gpc thats good for memory and overall brain function its a good combo, but if u can access adhd meds I will defo take that over it

also not everyone has insurance
