Why are Black Peoples Chins Either Recessed or Have So Much Forward Growth?

Like seriously, my chin is recessed but it's because I have an overbite. I've seen so many black people who have no problems with their teeth, but their chin is just RECCESED ASF!!!!! LIKE WHY?!?!
