Why are little kids so annoying?

They always repeat stupid sounding things over and over. I know they're kids but I've seen 7-8 year olds do this BS. Do they do it to just be an annoying crapwad or what?

Internet, Tv , religions and in general: indoctrinated parents will give indoctrinated children

REAL bro im living with an 8 year old adhd kid right now. When ppl dont respond to his questions he just repeats them over and over until you have to tell him ur not going to respond but hes just a kid i feel so bad for finding him annoying
