Why are my lips asymmetrical

They're not crooked they're just bigger on one side and idk why. How bad is it and is the a way to fix it without lip filler?

It's unlikely to be caused by anything that's worth fixing. Getting surgery or fillers all cost money and recovery time, none which is worth it in your case.

Humans are not mirrored (identical on both sides of our face), we're always going to have mild asymmetry. Fixing something this mild would be a joke, and would only increase your chances of making it worse / permanently disfiguring yourself.
