Narcissism is often a label, arrogance for example is often misunderstood for narcissism

A defining characteristic of a narcissist is the disregard of others, or rather, the adaptation according to one's own perception of that context
Of course a narcissist is susceptible to others, but that’s another matter


Also: Referring to narcissism through NPD is not infrequently an indicator of a lack of knowledge fictitiously hidden by the use of technicalities

Only thing i see sometimes is narcissistic defense mechanisms that could charm the thought of NPD, but it doesn't mean you are. They are just rage baiting, it's pretty funny though.
