Why did buzzcut ascend me like a lot

Ive been looking like shit recently. Descended hard from how I used to look. So I randomly decided to get a buzzcut. Chopped off all my hair with a scissor. And boom. I look much better. Jaw looks bigger. Skin somehow looks smoother? Face looks more angular??
