so i just got out of the gym w my friend and it was core + shoulder day
we were doing leg raises on this angled bench thing HE MADE TS LOOK SO EASY, it was like those leg raises where u lift ur whole lower body i was like yea ill be able to get 3-4 like cmon like yea
when it was my set I COULD BARELY DO HALF REPS OF THAT SHIT I WAS SHAKING MY CORE IS STILL BURNING
i would’ve been able to do them before my fall off
