WHY DID I FALL OFF

so i just got out of the gym w my friend and it was core + shoulder day
we were doing leg raises on this angled bench thing HE MADE TS LOOK SO EASY, it was like those leg raises where u lift ur whole lower body i was like yea ill be able to get 3-4 like cmon like yea
when it was my set I COULD BARELY DO HALF REPS OF THAT SHIT I WAS SHAKING MY CORE IS STILL BURNING💔
i would’ve been able to do them before my fall off🥹

buy a pull up bar like i did, although it’s not guaranteed ur ahh will be consistent w practicing cus i def wasn’t

nooo like the little pull up station ones, they’re quite cheap on tiktok shop

Don't give up and start again with floor or bench leg raises, and do a harder exercise once you become better again

I know the feeling, i've started everything once again after i got a 2nd surgery, couldn't do any push-ups

u have to take steroids it's the only way 🙏🙏
