Why did I never see a dark-skin with acne?

i mean dark dark skin. I dont know if you just cant see it bcs the skin is so dark but always when I see them they are reflecting so much light so wouldnt the acne be lit up then ?

They do but dark skins from a young age get told to moisturise religiously every day. Idk the correlation but that could be a reason
