I have like genuinely intense feelings for a new person each time and recently they’re all 19

When I was studying psychology I wrote down some things you can do to help with this.

  • Stop romanticizing them, look at their flaws.
  • Reduce interacting with them as much as possible.
  • Talk to somebody about your feelings.
  • Journal about it and talk about how you wouldn’t be right with each other.
  • Find closure.
  • Pick up new hobbies.
  • Exploring dating apps, find other people.
  • Embrace the future, there are so many other experiences to experience and new beginnings.

Hope I helped. 😊
