IIRC Adi Shankara made it permissible for women to wear the ajna dot

And there after only women had it

Ajna is some sort of third eye thing known for processing imagination

I remember when I was a bebe and it would rain and rain would fall on my forehead and I thought I was the chosen one and buddha lowkey wanted me or sum

They were shot

In classical yoga like Shat Chakra Nirupana, Hatha Yoga Pradipika, the ajna chakra is
the command center associated with intuition, and perception

And it is linked to manas (mind), buddhi (intellect), and pratyāhāra (withdrawal of the senses)

It is not exclusively “imagination processing”—that’s a Westernized reinterpretation.

Ok so overall it's supposed to represent that ur awakened from the maya. And realized this is the "godhead" imagination

as the word buddhi itself suggests
