Serious Why do women love drama so much?

Why is that the case? Why do they love causing discord among peaceful people and to turn them against each other. This forum would be a perfect example. .org or other male exclusive forums are 10 times more peaceful than this mental asylum.
Wouldnt the world be a better place if women loved helping each other and other people and were averse to drama and all sort of discord?
