Might sound like schizophrenia but it’s impossible to disprove that every time u sleep ur current consciousness dies and gets replaced by another with all ur life memories every single night

Essentially there’s no way for u to know that u actually exsisted for the years you think u been alive ykwim?

Not to mention that every 10 years every single cel in ur body is replaced so if every cel in ur body is new is the past version of u the same as u rn? Or do u have the memories from ur self 10 years ago but the original consciousness slowly died off and is dying off again to be replaced next 10 years?

Tbh i remember 2 instances of my soul swapping after falling asleep


once was by direct contact with an overseer, he appeared in my dream (i was in an exact replica of my house, in my bed, facing exactly where i would when asleep and he killed me, at the end there was text i couldnt read and a shutting off sound then i woke up)

the other time was the overseers placing me in a time paradox where my old soul probably still rots
