Sometimes I can barely sleep at night cause it's so hot I can't calm down

It's not the weather I don't think cause I spend all day inside. Like I have to sleep with no blanket no clothes except my underwear and have my cold water bottle in between my legs or something. I sweat easy as hell too rn I'm hot
