This forum doesn’t allow hate speech, allows both genders and people aren’t as mean. So why is this forum not as popular as org for example? Could it be the fact that this forum is younger than others?

because it's shit Luca, mirin you joining tho, thanks for repping golden axe

I think it's honestly mainly because there is way more content posted about .org Like with all those different tiktok edits mentioning it. If someone would start posting content about .com I think it would get popular

because of this, this forum is also arguably the most helpful forum

Because .org stems from the blackpill/incel community, so it has more overlap with .is than it would with .com funnily enough.

Unsurprisingly most people aren't actually super interested in beauty or aesthetics. When you take that overlap away, most people lose interest. Which is unfortunate in my opinion.

I also agree with this. Besides SEO and the fact people are aware of it from .org, there isn't many ways to be informed about .com. I found out about .com from .org when I was a lurker.

Yeah off topic is the most active Subforum for a reason. It’s full of people of all kinds and ages, who couldn’t care less about looksmaxing

I want to make a BP edit with .org as the intro and then this place to attract more people, what are your thoughts on this?

The only real thing that appeals to the normies on either site would be the rating stuff, and I hate both of those categories on both sites because of how people post a bunch of rating threads and then bounce, or flood the other categories asking for ratings.

Exactly. They ask for a rating, argue that they’re actually true Adam, and never open the forum again. I guess thats just how it is.

Sometimes when I see female avis I think about what it's like to smell to them and how do I just already know the girl in ur avi smells like Taco Bell and weed
Taco Bell? I don't see it... The weed is spot on though probably.

I actually am not sure, but in previously mentioned statements people brought up how much more difficult it is to find this place. I stumbled on here on accident, and I’m sure that most of the people on here were originally looking for org but you have to be a bit specific to get on here.

I think that it’s a major selling point to be a positive and more tolerant community (shout out dean and Joel for allowing girls), but unfortunately people like coming on these places to let out their misery because it’s easier behind a screen so you rarely find anyone willing to be decent. It’s more of just a social community at this point- after like a week of being on here most users forget about looksmaxxing and just start building alliances or ragebaiting. To each their own.

No wonder James put you in the kawaii list (all points are pretty accurate)

Nah, it’s where people discuss clothes.

really true . Pretty much same thing happened to me. I’ve been on org since 2023, but only read Lm guides and asked for advice a few times. I started actually posting in off topic a few months ago and it changed my life. For the first time I found a place where I can say what’s on my mind and not be judged, because the people there go through the same stuff as me

People describe .com as "one big group chat", and I believe it to be true mainly. It also probably doesn't help that our stances are overly forgiving to users, like most friend groups would be, and we don't issue a lot of warnings for "practical" stuff like the wrong category or anything. We function more as a Discord server where we issue out warnings for people bickering too much.

Like with a lot of group chats with friends, they're not normally very productive nor are they overly helpful. They provide that community need and you end up talking about a lot of random stuff and making friends, but then looksmaxxing becomes secondary in a lot of ways.
