people tell you to eat vegetables to grow when they basically contain laughable nutrition
to show this I will show you guys the nutritional break down of what I eat in a day vs vegetables, enjoy the clown show LOL
here's the nutritional break down of an actual meal i'll have, one liter of milk, 3 raw eggs and around half a pound of beef liver (btw daily value is the amount recommended of a nutrient you need per day)
