I self-banned because this week of uni was hard with exams and projects so I asked sigma because I spent top much time here and I have no self control and I needed to lock in
First three days were actually normal, last two days felt like an addict having hard time lmao
Anyways this is why you all should self-ban for at least 5 days
-people is normal irl
-irl world has very enjoyable activities like you can go out take photos or something
-you can pay attention to things you have to do without distractions
Basically that's it guys self banning is a good way of have a hint of a normal life
