Dutch eat glycemic slop, they have good genetics for metabolizing insulin and utilizing igf-1 but are often micronutrient deficient becasue of these carb heavy diets and lead to ugly faces but tall height. Often most are fat or borderline fat, average dutch adult male is 25.6 BMI
With Spaniards , they eat mostly meat and dairy products. Some are taller, but they generally have sharp features , more sunlight as well (vit d is building block) , high testosterone faces and well developed , sexually dimorphic essentially
