they’re so bad + i have horrible jowls i genuinely don’t what to do about them

certain face types/features are more prone, like narrow jaw/lower third, being leaner, having flat midface, low cheekbones, etc. and you can't erase them completely. fillers are probably ur best bet. naturally, stay hydrated, good diet, sun protection, skin care w/ hyaluronic acid or retinol is the best you can really do.

and if ur young-ish, it's probably entirely genetic, so like I said, fillers are probably ur best bet.

i use hyaluronic acid + retinol, i have an appointment for masseter botox soon so i’ll see if they can do some filler too. thank you!

i would be careful with masseter botox i’ve only ever seen people say it causes jowls
