im spending all my time with as many ppl as I can, then spending a lot of time just travelling, set up some charity, and then after like a month or so, im telling everyone that I only have a year. Maybe get in a bit more trouble and have fun. For money, I'll just work in some simple easy job etc ig

that but when i’d have only 2 weeks or so left i’d try every drug i can since im gonna pass anyway and i was always curious how it feels

do lovely things early and during the last month or week, i will start doing extreme things
 
Doing what i would do normally and then dying peacefully and be remembered as a great guy by my family

Months 0 to 4: impregnate as many women of any race as I can, because child support doesn't matter when you are dead.
Month 5: contract HIV, get meds.
Month 6+: take HIV meds irregularly. Every other day, or every third day, as this is the optimal pattern to produce meds resistant AIDS. As I do this, I would use my savings to go on a whirlwind tour of the USA hitting San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York City, Boston, and Washington DC. While I'm there, I would bloodplay with gay men and MTF transgenders to ensure that they all get med resistant HIV infections. If I still have time afterwards, I would visit Tel Aviv, China, India, Africa, Central America, and do the same there.

My legacy would be a few dozen kids and after it spreads for a few years probably 90% eradication of the gay male and MTF transgender population. The only cost would be my dignity, but I can avoid that if I avoid actual sex and just inject my blood into them. They'd probably do it for the novelty.
