why are you eating bread

i believe some carbs are fine like fruit or potatoes
never bread rice or pasta
i eat fruits, but i eat rice and bread too but i used to not

how can i eat it all in 3-4 days
Excess bread you can put in the freezer then microwave when you feel like it

Get also a higher quality bread not the cheap supermarket crap

the trapped moisture does cause quick mold without preservatives, and staleness happens because starch crystalizes and gets rid of water making it dry/hard

So if it's like homemade bread 0 preservatives then yeah it would go stale and moldy pretty fast.

Tldr: just eat preservative slop
