Ofc we got genetically mixed with some superior genetics so we could do better that wild animals, but tbh historically speaking, Mars was simillar to earth millions of years ago, and there are prob multiple planets in multiple galaxies with the same set-up than earth & the sun, with less or more advanced life on it
