Can i assume you are or were a self hating bulimic
no i wasn’t, i had anorexia

i tried to be bulimic but forcing yourself to throw up is so incel, i did it a few times when i had anorexia, like 2-3 and it was pretty shit

the self ascetic starvation mogs it so hard

anorexia is a spiritual thing, bulimia is “i can’t stop my fatass from eating let me go finger my throat for 30 minutes”

i ate bread this morning boyo

i started bodybuilding, i gained 12kg since then
You were* then, i just vehemently disagree with anorexia being spiritual bc both that and bulimia at their core are driven on fear and an inability to face your problems

i was never truly anorexic

id never go hungry to be honest either, id just restrict my food choices to certain things

more like arfid but i don’t think mental illness is real regardless

id just eat chicken breast and potatoes every lunch and would have a 1-2 packs of sponch cookies a day they’re only 170 calories

that was what i ate for a few months and i lost weight fast, i was extremely fat before so it was more a ultra lock in

I think mental illness is real in the sense that people experience it but i think there is too much emphasis on it being out of your control when a lot of the symptoms go away with consistency and effort

I know people who are all of this with severe but high functioning depression. We live in a society that constantly destroys your sense of self worth via social media material things and being told we are small replaceable beings in a vast vacuum. On top of which most food produced now is less nutritious due to domestication and mass farming so people are malnourished. I don't think depression is an issue with your brain or your brain being illogical, and i disagree with the mental health field denoting it as if it is, and as if it is something wrong with our brains. Our brains are, in fact, responding completely appropriately to the info we consume.
