You can’t trust people when they make statements about themselves, cause most of the times it’s not really true. Learned this from peoples reposts and whenever someone says “I just want ___” and it never lines up with reality
Or the fact people just get tired of you as they learn more about you over time and realize you aren’t the idealized version they had in their head. That’s the two ways how I interpreted it
