zygo on right side of face is positioned much more outward and higher while the left side is more inset in general. It also causes my side profile on the less developed side to look much better than the other side however the front view suffers from it. What could I even do to counteract the asymmetry?

get a Facial Fat Transfer
or a Zygomatic Osteotomy if you look deformed
i've noticed it's bc of my orthodontist LOL, when I feel around in my mouth the right side of the roof of my mouth is a lil lower down, and it's not too exaggerated so I might js live w it

If it's your zygomatic bone, then it's a developmental problem that can only really be fixed with surgery. If it's your zygomaticus major muscle, then you can try and figure out why one side is weaker than the other. It might be how you use that muscle somehow. Maybe there's scar tissue. Otherwise it's something you'd need to see a doctor for. It doesn't sound serious and most people probably don't notice it.
