it depends if u generally just want to get skinny or want to get more muscle. if u want to get skinnier just do cardio and calorie deficit
but if u want to become more muscular u have to bulk sadly and then cut
sadly the part where u look most fat like stomach or face is the last place u will lose fat so u just gotta keep going man. if ur on 12 prosent bodyfat just do fat sucking surgery
yes it works but it depends how much u want it. when ur bone smashing you are creating micro tears in ur bone so it grows bigger and stronger. its like what ur mom/freinds/doctor said when u break a bone it grows back stronger.
