I have UEE too. It is not as bad to have UEE if female. You can apply retinol to your upper eyelids or use Volufiline (idrk if this works). Your UEE appears worse from weakened eye muscles so decrease screen time and use cold compress or eye masks with collagen and retinol (good for overnight)... -
