    I’ve been going to the gym for 2 months, its been awesome but i need help. I go to the gym 4-5 times a week. My body type is Mesomorph, so building muscle and keeping it lean should be pretty easy for me. My family also has a power lifting background so my genetics shouldn’t be a problem too...
