Hello, I’m Vinko, 15. Height: 6’3. My weight: 80kgs (175lbs) I need help in my workout.

I’ve been going to the gym for 2 months, its been awesome but i need help. I go to the gym 4-5 times a week. My body type is Mesomorph, so building muscle and keeping it lean should be pretty easy for me. My family also has a power lifting background so my genetics shouldn’t be a problem too.

You would ask what I need help with right?

I’ve been training every part of my body but hasnt really seen a change in the stomach part, also been eating healthily.
I also broke my finger last week so now I cant really go to the gym except to do cardio.

Please tell me a few things I should do in this 3 weeks to not lose muscle and also to not gain weight. Also stomach exercises that are useful. I want a slimmer waist.

To be honest I been years trying to have abs going to the gym doing diets I think starving is the way to go 😭
