Discussion Some question about mewing
When I try to mew I push my tongue to the roof of my mouth but this don’t change much in my chin area etc. also if I push my tongue against the roof I also can do something like I swallow something and hold like this but then I can’t breath trough my nose, so I mew the right way or I am doing... -

Can’t breath trough my nose while mewing
If I try to breath while I mewing(if I but the end of my tongue up) I can’t breath and if I breath then my end of the tongue automatically goes down. I normally breath trough my nose and never trough my mouth so any tips?
