Discussion Some question about mewing

When I try to mew I push my tongue to the roof of my mouth but this don’t change much in my chin area etc. also if I push my tongue against the roof I also can do something like I swallow something and hold like this but then I can’t breath trough my nose, so I mew the right way or I am doing something wrong ? Also along my neck u can see my tonsil stones and this kinda ruins the jaw line view also any tips with it ?

mewing is cope, only pushes the shit underneath your jaw upwards making a more leaner appearance. anything else is cope
