Discussion Nose Shortening
Can the nose be fully shortened? Like so (see attached) I posted on RealSelf to ask specialists if it was possible to shorten the nose in partial efforts to achieve a compact mid-face (one would also likely need a maxillary impaction, and a manipulation of the soft tissue, like a lip-lift)...- thewayisnow
