Not quite sure but I’ve seen a dude use it on his eyelashes and he used 5%

Do you know of anything for eyebrows? I have thick eyebrows, but they grow unevenly and look terrible

Minoxidil and an eyebrow razor with pencil, also you can use castor oils. If you need it darker use castor oils and if your really desperate there’s eyebrow replacement surgery
