Yes it is a high mobility area HOWEVER based on the type of filler and the base bone that existed before alteration migration is both avoidable and fearmongered on. Filler into the cheek can’t be done on boneless people as it would simply require too much making it both expensive AND ensuring eventual migration. However with a hard filler like rádiese and a mid to moderate base in that area it wouldn’t take much. Remember bhai it’s MILIMETERS that make the difference. One could change their face entirely with less than 5ml of they have the BASE. But it’s about improving and augmenting what’s already there not creating something that dosent exist. Something from nothing leaves nothing and you have to have something if you want to ascend.
