Both, people love exaggerating things whether it’s on purpose or not, looks and height serve as a bonus (there’s a fresh hold aka the bare minimum (ex under 5’4 as a guy 18+ is seen as “over”) if average, there shouldn’t be any problem unless you lack social abilities.
