“Our ancestors didnt wear sunscreen its unnatural”

people often confuse, or often attribute previous behaviours in history to well thought out systems.

instead they're just compromising for the knowledge of the time and the technology available.

if people were made aware of the effect of sun expose to the collagen in the human face, obviously there wouldn't be an issue of "historical inconsistency".

sun is very good for u, but yeah, during the afternoon u can protect ur skin, but instead of sunscreen u can use an umbrella
this thread was about people like you

Of course the sun is good for you, but that doesnt mean it doesnt visibly age you. Aging skin is natural and not unhealthy, but do we want it? No.

yeah, and biology is rarely explained by a single variable, so saying only sun leads to damage is false, but whatever, ya excessive sun exposure is bad, and sunscreen doesnt do a good job protecting ur skin anyways, use an umbrella

is it effective to sleep with red light therapy?

sleeping in a room prominently red causes less sleep quality, but I would consider it for sake of improved skin.
tbh, I get so sleepy when exposeed to red light, but red light therapy is cope , led red light doesnt do much, sun set is the best red light

if it is a 1% increase in quality of my skin that compounds every night whilst I sleep, that's quite a large improvement over a year.

don't just disregard it.

Strawmanning. When did I say sun is the only cause of aging?

ya excessive sun exposure is bad,
Youre the one thinking in only one lane. As ive tried to get through to you several times now, yes the sun is good for you, but it doesnt mean it doesnt visibly age you. How about the sun being able to contribute both positive and negative factors?

I mean if your ancestors have a large amount of melanocytes I guess
whys everyone retarded today or did I forget the forums usual level of intelligence? Its really a simple thread to understand imo.

Premise 1: Our ancestors didnt wear sunscreen, visibly wouldve aged horribly if they had a longer lifespan.

Premise 2: There is nothing unhealthy or unnatural about looking old when you are old.

Premise 3: Today, we care more about looking young at an old age, despite of aging being natural.

Conclusion:
Even though wearing sunscreen is unnatural and not done by our ancestors, they “suffered” the consequences of natural aging.

To say that the sun ages you, is not the same as saying the sun is unhealthy, because visible skin aging is not unhealthy nor unnatural.

Sunscreen is unnatural, and so is having perfect skin at an older age.

Its a simple miscommunication and logical fallacy that people make, that because sunscreen hasnt been used before its unnecessary. If you want to age in an unnatural way, sunscreen is necessary.

I wasn’t talking about the esthetic , I was speaking about risks of skin cancer . Might have misunderstood the post .

yeah? didnt i say that? moderate sun exposure is good and excessive is bad? better to use umbrellas than sunscreen because it blocks the sun more effectively

i believe that 1% increase is a relative number, doesnt mean anything+ we will never know if it gets added every year, so yeah lack of proof

Strawmanning. When did I say sun is the only cause of aging?
u said sun exposure over time ages ur skin, u are stating a cause and effect mechanism with one variable which is sun exposure, this is false, sun exposure is associated with more aging, but there are multiple variables inside it

Ancestors also didn’t have pollution or modern skin cancer data , science has evolved
Sun damage is cumulative. They just didn’t have the research or diagnosis like we do now
plus their life spans were shorter than ours

completely irrelevant to the thread

u said sun exposure over time ages ur skin, u are stating a cause and effect mechanism with one variable which is sun exposure,
Youre actually retarded. This thread is about sun exposure. Should I have to mention every single thing that ages your skin? Can you think less autistically ?

huh? I said, sun exposure doesnt CAUSE skin aging, its strongly associative to it and there are multiple variables affecting which leads to sun independently damaging our skin cells

No n***a out there can escape sun damage without sacrificing too much of their life.
Its an incredibly simple thread to understand and im so tired of arguing with retarded autistics like you always being kill joys with technicalities.
“technically there are many variables” name 1 guy that can avoid all that doesnt dedicate his whole life to it. Just irrelevant and unnecessary nonsense. Dont respond to my threads in the future.

so?

doesnt disprove my arguement

might be nonsense to you, and yeah there are multiple variables, blaming the sun solely for skin aging is retarded.
Dont respond to my threads in the future.
freedom of speech bruv

doesnt disprove my arguement
i didnt say its wrong, i said your argument is completely irrelevant. First ive had to explain the extremely simple thread to you in multiple messages, then I have to deal with you trying to restore your ego by going on about some nonsense technicality that doesnt apply in a single situation. Its a disrespectful waste of my time.

might be nonsense to you, and yeah there are multiple variables,
No, it is nonsense to everyone, because not a single person benefits from this knowledge hence there is nothing you can do to avoid these “variables”.
blaming the sun solely for skin aging is retarded.
You absolute r****d. Why would I mention every single irrelevant thing that contributes to aging through the sun. I never said the sun does it alone neither was i speaking to an audience like you, who needs every single statement laid out for them in every explanation and debunk possible.
freedom of speech bruv
Learn some compassion and self-reflection. You should be thanking me for taking the time to explain things to you. Instead you keep bothering me with your stupidity. Cant you see that you are annoying?

waste of time? then stop replying to me ig.

No, it is nonsense to everyone, because not a single person benefits from this knowledge hence there is nothing you can do to avoid these “variables”.
false u can control these variables to some degree and it makes night and day difference.

sun doesnt do it alone, yet u say sun visibly ages u, this statement implies a clear cause and effect mechanism which is untrue.

Learn some compassion and self-reflection.
I didnt swear at u the whole time, u were insulting me in the replies lmao, so this advice applies to you, imagine calling someone a r****d when he is trying to logically explain and also partly agree with you, yes excessive sun exposure is bad and ages u and using an umbrella is better than sunscreen which does an half assed job, but whatever.
You should be thanking me for taking the time to explain things to you.
how so?
Instead you keep bothering me with your stupidity. Cant you see that you are annoying?
stupidity? yet u didnt disprove any of my arguements using science
