hi friends!
this thread is about softmaxxing and gentle lifestyle changes that make you look and feel better over time ! this is especially great for people new to blackpill and lookmaxxing

skincare basics (˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶)
– wash your face 1–2x a day with a gentle cleanser
– use moisturizer after cleansing
– sunscreen in the morning is the biggest glow-up you can do long term
– keep it simple… overdoing skincare can backfire and cause more damage to your skin in the long run
depending on your skin's type this can differ a bit though !
i have dry skin but only after i shower and literally all i do is moisturize. ^^ this stuff is just the baseline

sleep + rest (´-﹏-`;)
– 7–9 hours of sleep helps with skin, mood, and energy
– try to sleep/wake around the same time daily
– naps are fine if you feel drained, just keep them short

food & hydration (๑•﹏•)
– drink water consistently, not just when thirsty.
one time when i was in the hospital my doctor told me that if your even started to feel dehydrated then its already really bad, most people are always dehydrated!
– don’t overcomplicate it… even small changes like adding fruit or veggies make a difference. I KNOW some friends are anti veggie on this thread or have a complex diet, this doesn't go for you guys this goes for me and my whole rounded diet friends ^^
– avoid skipping meals, it slows progress and energy and can make you more likely to overeat your next meal. if you cant not skip atleast try a litl snackie

– daily walks are underrated for body and mind
– stretching helps with posture and flexibility
– light workouts (bodyweight, yoga, pilates) can tone without needing a gym
– consistency > intensity, if you go and do some weights but then get burnt out or hurt something thats not going to help ; - ;

appearance upkeep (。•ㅅ•。)
– shower regularly, fresh hair = instant confidence
– trim nails, clean hands, tidy brows if you want
– subtle fragrances (body spray, lotion, light cologne)
– wear clothes that fit properly, even basic outfits look 10x better

mental health (´•̥﹏•̥`)
– softmaxxing and looksmaxxing isn’t about hating yourself, it’s about improvement ^^
– journaling, meditation, or just time offline helps a lot
– surrounding yourself with positive people makes growth easier. i love to talk to the peopl on here sometimes about just hobbies and random stuff because they r so kind : D
