i wanna speed up the process, obviously walking 10k steps/overall physical activities help

but how do i avoid the yoyo effect, i lost like 12 pounds (5.4 kg) and i dont wanna gain it back

keep in mind ur weight will fluctuate a lot due to water weight, don’t get obsessed with the number on the scale.

Are you a fat bitch currently? So basically you want to pop Clen and DNP, maybe some Anavar could help as well. Also Reta. Also you can use Adderall, or meth once you're used to it. This helped me look like Bella Hadid, hope it helps you do the same xx
 
dont starve max just eat healthy and avoid sugars etc
