I’m down 20 lbs and I had to punch 3 new holes in my belt people are telling me I look leaner and my lifts are staying the same

I think I’m gonna start taking softmaxxjng more seriously like minoxidil retinol acutane and some others
Should I try and heightmax or is it too late at 17

good progress, how tall are you and have you checked growth plates?

good progress, how tall are you and have you checked growth plates?

No I’m waiting til I can get my insurance improved then I’m gonna get my bloodwork and other tests to see and monitor my growth kinda plateaued because in September last year I was 5’10 and my growth kinda stopped but I locked back in and I’m up to 5’11.5 last time I checked but that was after a period of only growing like half an inch in 6 ish months then I got the inch in the last like 2 and a half

that's above average height, but i would say check them and then heightmax if you still want to be taller. could grow in the time you wait aswell.
