Sis, one new hair need few weeks, if not months, to grow fully terminal, even the eyebrows.
You want to thickening your eyebrows, meaning new hairs grow and thicker hair growth. It takes time

Also rosemary oil should be diluted in your castor oil

No, my eyebrows were and still are for now asymmetrical, the one I showed you (where the hair is growing) was the one that was shorter in length from the nose, so I couldn’t have shaved what was not there
