Hey guys, I just wanted to make a short thread talking about how to improve your life, some in more subtle ways than others; but nonetheless, better.

1. Start doing side quests. (Example, go visit a town or city that’s close to you, go talk to random people, go to conventions, etc.)
2. Go to local concerts, it doesn’t even have to be somebody big, just a concert.
3. Learn a Programming/ Coding language, this is helpful for getting a job or doing freelance projects for money.
4. Start documenting what you do in a day, this can help you with being more productive.
5. Build a nootropics stack to help with your cognitive function.
6. Pick up a sport or physical activity to meet new people and get in better shape.
7. Learn how to cook, cooking can help with productivity and learning independence.
8. Start learning an instrument and produce your own music.
9. Eat healthy foods and avoid ultra-processed foods.
10. And finally, Work on your signature, nobody likes looking at some slop that got jotted on an important documents
