i hate my long midface it looks so bad on back camera, plus my fat distribution is uneven in my face so im trying to lose weight and clear my skin, please give me tips i know im cooked but i atleast want to reach my full potential (no surgery or peptides i dont have access to it)

you could start practicing lymphatic drainage to reduce excess puffiness. you could look into growth serums such as minoxidil or usual lash and eyebrow serums (dont start minoxidil if you currently have pets as it is deadly to them especially cats). avoid sugar and salty snacks and drink 2-4 liters of water daily. find a stable diet and incorporate healthy smoothies (green smoothies, rose tea, you can find recipes on tiktok or pinterest). prioritize sleep at all costs since you do look younger try to get 8-10 hours every night.
 
Eat clean drknk 3l water a day eat a lot of potassium which can be found in bananas or coconut water sold in most places hard mew if you need help in your palate try go to the orthodontist and fraud with makeup girls dont really need to be good looking as much as guys tbh

Shes still young she has time, especially during puberty she shoudnt try and looksmax especially since all this “lean” shit leads lots of young ladies into eds and ruins their development during puberty. Just eat everything natural none of this soyslop almond milk shit. Cheese meat(every part of the animal liver brain blood ect) potatos rice veggies nuts fish is all you need

More than raw milk? Plants don't have over fifteen nootrients doe
raw milk should also be included in the diet i also drank raw milk as a kid straight from the cow. I just think as a child you need that extra energy and carbs
