I'm trying to improve my overall physique. Right now I'm 5'9, 151lbs. Im trying to figure out what kind of dieting and supplements I should be on to reach my max potential as of now. I've maxxed out at bench at 145lbs (I know it's not good, lol) and my squat is 205lbs, with a deadlift of 245lbs. Overall whats the best split and dieting for a teenager thats 15 to be on?
