my lip width and infras are my only major failos and i’ve used ai to see what i would look like with a 7mm extension on each side and it looks really good tbh and maybe 0.5 ml of filler but that’s temporary unfortunately

yes commisuroplasty can help. since ur a girl u can just fraud infras with makeup easy or get PRP or ideally fat grafting, but implants would be a more bony solution that you prob dont need.
